St Ives Cookery School

St Ives cookery school is a place where we invite those that are interested in learning more extensively about food and cookery. Working directly with our award winning chefs and experts, we offer a special opportunity to learn not only how to make specific dishes, how to make the most of foraging, understanding nutrition, but also what it really takes to put together a meal. This is a special opportunity to have in-depth, personalised experience using the world class ingredients Cornwall has to offer but also to learn online, in your own time.

Born from local St Ives chef Jeffrey Robinson, who was one of the first chefs in the world to be awarded a green Michelin star, St Ives cookery school is a place where food can be re centred at the heart of our lives.

Masterclass

One-day course

A full day in St Ives exploring, cooking, and tasting. Designed for all skill levels who want to learn new techniques and dishes. Together we will create and enjoy a 3 course meal.

A unique, multi-day opportunity, where we'll come together to cook in our kitchen and immerse ourselves in the rich culture of Cornwall.
