Morning pasta workshop - 4th November

A three hour course on all things pasta.
We start the day with coffee and a chance for everyone to meet each other before going through the ingredients that we will be using and putting on your aprons.
Learn how to make your own egg pasta dough and a wonderful squash and saffron filling. Then understand how to roll out the dough for things like tagliatelle and pappardelle before spending time making a whole host of filled pasta shapes. From tortellini, to ravioli, to scarpinocc and agnolotti.
Make your own butter sauce before sitting down to enjoy your lunch with your other students.
Wine and soft drinks will be available on the day also.
Please be aware that this course will involve using eggs, flour and dairy.
