A whole day cookery course is perfect for those who really want to immerse themselves in a range of different techniques and recipes.

We will start the day with coffee and pastries, giving you the chance to meet the rest of the class and understand all of the dishes that we will making on this day and put on your aprons.

On this day we will be making a 3 course meal, a starter, a main course and a pudding. The menu will be released on the day and is dependant on what is in season and available to use from local boats. But will consist of a light fish starter, a meat based main course and a pudding.

This course will explore many different techniques, from butchery, to fish preparation and pastry. There will talk on nutrition and the importance of choosing sustainable products.

At the end of the day we will put together a real restaurant quality meal experience, with work also drawn on presentation of the dishes also.

Even though you will walk away from this day learning lots, this course is designed for everyone with any cooking level. The course will be hands on and will only have a ratio of 6:1 student to teacher, giving you consistent time to understand every technique from Jeffrey at your own pace.

Lunch will also be served on or around 12:30 half way through the day.
