A three hour course on all things vegetables.

We start the day with coffee and a chance for everyone to meet each other before going through the ingredients that we will be using and putting on your aprons.

Learn how to make the most out of vegetables for those that choose not to eat meat. We will go through what kind of vegetables are in season from a local organic farm before making our own lunch.

Wine and soft drinks will be available on the day also.

Please be aware that this course will involve using eggs, flour and dairy.
